Challenge
Establishing real-time traceability of product movements across a multi-line manufacturing environment, achieving seamless integration with existing SCADA and MES infrastructure and delivering data-driven decision support to management.
Solution Approach
Barcode reading stations positioned at critical control points along the production line were integrated with SCADA and MES layers, enabling real-time product movement tracking. A reporting and analytics dashboard structure transforming collected data into actionable insights made yield, downtime and production performance monitorable in real time.
